The C.C Winn Lady Mavericks Softball team was triumphant in their quest for the State of Texas UIL  Region IV 5A Bi -District Championship defeating the Flour Bluff High School Lady Hornets in a best out of three series in Jourdanton, Texas this weekend. 

The Lady Mavericks now advance to the UIL Region IV Class 5A Area round in Laredo, Texas to go up against Corpus Chrisit Moody.
